For the love of Seuss

Lincoln Elementary School hosted their annual Dr. Seuss Birthday Party for students and parents Wednesday evening.

The event, which saw large numbers of children and parents, included a light dinner and a birthday cake from Fraziers Bakery. Cookies and punch were also served. The 120 students received free books.

Celebrity Dr. Seuss readers for the event included Coquille School District Superintendent Diann Gillaspie, City Librarian Anne Conner and KCBY Newsman Tim Novotny.
